Unlike many venues, we hold our own full-service liquor license, allowing us to offer flexible bar options in-house. From curated wines and craft cocktails to local beers and premium spirits, we’ll customize your bar to suit your event. Choose hosted, cash, or hybrid bar service—plus specialty drink stations, mocktails, or signature cocktails crafted just for your occasion.

Floral Design

Our in-house floral team creates standout arrangements tailored to your event—weddings, galas, corporate functions, or milestone celebrations. From lush centerpieces and ceremony arches to unique installations, bouquets, and branded accents, we’ll design florals that elevate your event and create lasting impressions.

Décor & Styling

Our full-service design team handles everything from initial concept to final cleanup—so you can simply enjoy the event. Entertainment

Thanks to long-standing relationships with Utah’s top entertainers, we can connect you with truly unforgettable performances.   • The sky is the limit! We specialize in a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, holiday parties, private celebrations, fundraisers, and more. Our versatile venue can be tailored to fit any theme or style​​.

  • Every venue rental at Pierpont Place includes access to our modern, versatile event space along with tables, chairs, basic linens, lighting, and standard decor.

    Event coordination and staffing for setup and cleanup are also included to ensure your event runs smoothly.

    This basic venue rental starts between $3,500-$4,500, depending on the day of the week and the season.

    We do also offer military and non-profit discounts - reach out to us for more information.

    Additional services—such as catering, bar services, custom floral designs, and advanced A/V equipment—are not included in the base rental but can be added through our full-service event packages. See the next question for more information!

  • Our all-inclusive packages make planning your event seamless and stress-free!

    Each event is unique, which is why our packages are fully customizable. After a quick conversation with one of our planners, we’ll create a tailored package that includes everything you need—and none of the services you don’t.

    Our full-service packages typically include:

    • Venue rental

    • Event coordination and day-of planning

    • In-house catering

    • Bar services

    • Custom decor and design

    • Setup, teardown, and staffing

    You can also add extras like entertainment, audiovisual equipment, photography, specialty decor, or parking passes to make your event truly one-of-a-kind.

    For weddings, we offer even more specialized options, such as wedding photographers, floral packages, wedding cakes, officiants, and live music or DJs. Every detail can be managed to create the wedding of your dreams.

  • Pierpont Place can host up to 500 guests for standing-room-only events, such dances or concerts, or open-house style events where guests come and go.

    Cocktail-style or mix-and-mingle events can host up to 350 guests.


    For seated events (banquet or theater style), we accommodate around 220 guests.

    For clients planning both a wedding ceremony and seated reception in the same space, we recommend a maximum of 130 guests to ensure a comfortable and spacious setup.

  • Pierpont Place specializes in full-service event planning, providing everything in-house—from bar services and catering to decor and coordination—for a seamless, stress-free experience.

    That said, we understand that some clients have preferred vendors they’d like to use. We’re happy to accommodate outside vendors for some services, though fees may be required and overall venue pricing may be affected.

    Please note that all bar services must be provided by our team, as we hold a liquor license.

    To ensure your time is well spent, we like to start with a quick phone call to learn more about your event, answer initial questions about our venue and packages, and ensure we’re the perfect fit for your needs.

    After that, we’ll connect you with one of our planners to schedule a walkthrough and dive into more details about your event.

  • Yes, we do! To make the planning process as seamless as possible, we’ve designed a simple payment structure:

    A $3500 deposit is required to secure your date (exceptions are possible).

    Half of your total invoice is due at the trifecta planning meeting, where we finalize key details for your event.

    The remaining balance is due two weeks before your big day.

    This plan ensures everything is in place well ahead of time so you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your event!

  • Our cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of event and how far in advance changes are made. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event when possible.

    Contact us for more details specific to your booking. We have a comprehensive agreement for you to review and sign with all the terms clearly outlined.

  • There is ample street parking around Pierpont Place in downtown Salt Lake City, which is free after 8 PM and on weekends and holidays. Additionally, two paid parking lots are located conveniently next to the venue.

    If you’d like, we can include a set number of parking passes as part of one of our all-inclusive packages (for an additional cost).

  • Pierpont Place holds a full liquor license, so all bar services are provided in-house. We offer a range of options, including hosted bars, cash bars, and custom drink packages including curated craft cocktails, mocktails, and more.

    Options range from beer and wine to top-shelf selections, as well as signature cocktails to complement your event.

  • Most events are scheduled between 10 AM and 10 PM, but we can extend your event until as late as 2 AM for an additional hourly fee.

    Evening events typically run from 5 PM to 10 PM, with setup time included prior to the event.

    For weekday events (Monday–Friday), loud noise is restricted before 5 PM to respect neighboring businesses. However, we are available for events from 8am - 2am every day of the week.

    All bar service must comply with Utah liquor laws, including last call regulations.

  • Yes, Pierpont Place offers flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Whether you’re planning a multi-day event or need extra time for setup and teardown, we can customize a timeline and package to accommodate your schedule.

  • Yes! Pierpont Place is fully ADA-compliant with a ramp from the street up to the front door, and the venue is all on one level.
