It all starts with a consultation to learn about your goals, audience, and vision. From there, we’ll craft a custom package covering everything: catering, audiovisual, seating, décor, entertainment, and branding touches—everything you need to make your event shine.

We’re also proud to partner with nonprofits and charitable organizations for impactful fundraising events and celebrations. As a thank-you, we offer special discounts to 501(c)(3) organizations.

  • We specialize in hosting corporate meetings, networking events, product launches, company parties, fundraisers, and team-building events. Our venue can be customized to fit any professional gathering.

  • Our basic rental includes tables, chairs, A/V equipment, stage setup, lighting, and standard décor. Full-service packages can include catering, bar service, branding opportunities, and live entertainment.

  • Yes! We can brand the space with customized lighting, signage, and themed décor that aligns with your company’s brand and vision.

  • We offer high-quality sound systems, projectors, microphones, and lighting to enhance your corporate presentation or event. Additional tech support can be arranged if needed.

  • Pierpont Place offers a variety of entertainment to elevate your corporate event, including casino parties, fire dancers, burlesque performers, aerialists, live music, DJs, and interactive photobooths. We can also arrange themed entertainment to match your event’s style.

  • We can accommodate:

    • 220 guests for seated banquets or presentations

    • 450 guests for mixed seating, cocktail-style networking events, or standing-room-only receptions

  • Yes! We work with corporate facilitators, entertainers, and event planners to offer engaging team-building activities, from interactive games to live entertainment.

  • We provide full-service catering and bar packages, but you may bring in an outside caterer for a $400 fee. Bar services must be provided in-house due to our liquor license.

  • Yes, we offer flexible scheduling for businesses needing multiple event days or extended setup and teardown times.
